We need your help!
We are in the process of renovating weedbase.com/bestdispensary.com and welcome your feedback. Our goal is to create the best place on the web to find information about medical marijuana and, if you don't mind, also provide you extensive information for growing yourself.
In that regard we are very pleased to announce a partnership with www.besthydroponics101.com, which sells the only e-book on growing indoors that comes with 12 month support. It has been written, and improved, by medical marijuana growers. Due to the usual legal reasons the word "marijuana" can't be used on their site, so please use your imagination when you come across the word "herb". They have agreed to post on this site any article you want on growing indoors.
But appart from that we welcome your feedback on how we can improve the site. Please speak your mind and email us on feedback@bestdispensary.com
Give us the good, bad and the ugly!

Medical Marijuana Site Issue Weighed
By Tom Howell Jr., The Washington Times
Source: Washington Times
Washington -- D.C. Council members hope a medical marijuana site proposed in Ward 7 will not harm long-term development in the area. But they will not bar the proposed facility from opening if it jeopardizes the integrity of the city’s tightly regulated — yet unfinished — program to aid the sick and dying.Council member Yvette M. Alexander, Ward 7 Democrat, said she supports the medical marijuana program, but her constituents are concerned that a cultivation center awaiting final approval could hamper three- to five-year plans for retail and residential projects near Benning Road and Minnesota Avenue Northeast.

Suit Over Medical Marijuana Crackdown Thrown Out
By Bob Egelko, Chronicle Staff Writer
Source: San Francisco Chronicle
California -- When federal prosecutors in California announced a crackdown on medical marijuana dispensaries last fall, pot suppliers and their advocates claimed in a series of lawsuits that the Obama administration broke a promise to leave them alone if they complied with state law.
The suits have gotten a chilly reception in court, and now a federal judge in Sacramento has become the first to dismiss one of them, saying the Justice Department remains free to enforce federal drug laws.
